Water from Foods You Eat
We all know that we need to drink plenty of water and other fluids to help keep our bodies hydrated. Did you know that this also helps your immune system function properly? Every organ and every system in your body requires enough water for tasks as small as those at the cellular level, and of course every other function is based on these seemingly insignificant actions.
Besides drinking enough water, you also can get it by eating foods that have high water content. Juicy fruits are good examples of this. Some raw vegetables also have high water content. Fresh celery, lettuces, carrots and cucumbers are all tasty snacks that are good sources of fiber as well as water.
